Tolu has been able to quickly establish Cousant as the primary recruitment partner for some of the largest financial services companies in Nigeria including Guaranty Trust Bank, Access Bank, First Bank of Nigeria and AXA Mansard. Cousant Connect is also the publisher of the official bi-annual IT Jobs Report for Nigeria which has been featured on CNBC Africa.
Tolu is the host and producer of the ‘Meet The Tech Leaders’ guest show. During each episode, Tolu interviews key figures in technology and discusses technology trends and the future of talent in their respective industries. Tolu is also an accomplished author that has written two e-books which are the ‘The Case for decentralized workplaces in developing economies’ and ‘The Rise of the Emerligent Economies - How African economies can win the AI war’.
Before starting Cousant Connect, Tolu ran a successful financial technology company that worked on mission critical projects for clients like Stanbic IBTC, CSL Stockbrokers, United Capital and other blue-chip companies.
Tolu’s professional career spans over 20 years with previous experience working for multinational companies like Accenture UK, Royal Dutch Shell Company and Lansdowne Partners. He graduated with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science from Imperial College London and further holds a Masters degree in Strategy and Innovation degree from the University of Oxford’s Said Business School. He has advised a number of early stage startups and sits on several boards including Fechrad Limited
and Arthrimed Specialist Hospital.
