Isaiah S. Henry, President and CEO for Seabreeze Management, is an accomplished veteran in the association management industry. Isaiah is the architect of the company’s strategic direction and, with nearly 15 years of property management experience, he brings deep-seeded expertise as well as a passion for customers and his team.

Prior to Seabreeze, Isaiah held various roles within the property management industry. He joined Seabreeze as President in 2014, and as part of a strategic ownership transition moved into the President and CEO role in 2017. Under his leadership, the Seabreeze organization has thrived, growing from 147 to over 400 employees and increasing from 30,000 to 90,000 homes under management in just five years.
Certified by the American Management Association, Isaiah is an active member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Isaiah’s professional credentials include the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation from the California Association of Community Managers, the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS). Isaiah also holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional recognition available for association managers.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, the Laguna Niguel resident serves as a Foundation Board of Director for Saddleback College, in Orange County, California. He sits on the Board of Directors for The Medical Supply Project International, a global non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical supplies to people in need. Isaiah is also active in Mariners Church Irvine and Young Life, a non-profit dedicated to adolescent youth outreach and life-skill development.
