Agnes Masika serves as the Deputy Director of Christian Impact Mission (CIM), an organisation involved in mobilizing African communities to develop home-grown transformation initiatives that encourages them to control the reigns of their destinies through wealth generation, job creation using appropriate technologies, good practices and innovations.

She is also an accomplished musician, a christian counsellor in marriage and family, a motivational speaker and an author of course books on life skills for secondary schools. She holds two bachelors degrees in both music and Bible, a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, and a PHD in Gender Studies.

She is a mother of four, grandmother of ten, and in 2018 was acknowledged by Kenya’s cabinet secretary of Youth and Gender affairs as “one of the women of Kenya changing the way the world works.”
