Policy, human rights and communications specialist
Joanne Kuria is a policy, human rights and communications specialist. She has over 10 years experience working in Government, the East African Community , various INGOs and policy think tanks.
A trained lawyer with two Master’s degrees- one in Strategic Management and the other in Public policy, her work and purpose are anchored on Psalms 89:14, “Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne”.
Joanne serves as the Communications & Events lead at Mavuno Church Lavington where she is taking church comms to a whole new level.
She is married to Pastor David Kuria and together they have two children Kena and Jordan.
The Fearless Summit is hosted and convened by Mavuno Church, a non-denominational church whose headquarters is in Nairobi, Kenya. Their mission is turning ordinary people into fearless influencers of society.
