Tim Rimbui is generally thought of as one of the leading music producers, songwriters and engineers in Kenya, and has a wealth of local and international awards and accolades to his credit. He received music training in Theory and Recording from Wisseloord Studios and The Rock Academy in the Netherlands, and has worked with many prominent Kenyan and East African artists, as well international record companies. He owns and operates a number of successful music business ventures, including EnnovatorMusic Ltd (a Production Company that undertakes writing, producing and recording for musicians, as well as music production and scoring for film, radio, television), and EnnovatorMusic Publishing. Tim’s writing and production credits include Warner Bros Entertainment (USA), Gallo Records (South Africa), Endemol East Africa, BBC Radio, and MTV Base to mention a few. He is married to Wandiri Karimi and together they have a beautiful son, Rithi.
